Grafton, W.V. Man attempts to kill 3 Officers, suspect arrested national media silent

Once again, a man who not only attempted to run officers over but attempted to shoot them was taken into custody in Grafton, W.V.. The suspect wasn’t shot, neither were the officers, so naturally the media was silent.

Troy, N.Y. Suspect attempts to crush Officer with car during traffic stop

Officials say a city police officer was injured and a suspect shot and killed early Sunday morning after a traffic stop in the city’s North Central neighborhood led to a brief car chase.

Troy Police said early Sunday morning at around 3:15 a.m. a Troy Police Officer was conducting a traffic stop on 6th Ave between Hutton and Hoosick St. During the stop, the driver tried to run over the officer with his car and sped off.  Continue reading “Troy, N.Y. Cedar Falls, IA Officer cleared of improper conduct, suspect arrested for filing false report

After an allegation of an officer making inappropriate remarks and not following procedure while handling a female suspect was investigated, an officer was cleared of misconduct and his accuser was arrested for filing a false report.

Cedar Falls, Ia. The incident stemmed from a call of a disturbance in a home on January 10, 2016 when officers were sent to check the residents. While there investigating the original complaint, officers found glass and wooden pipes with burnt residue in places that were accessible to a child in the home, according to court records. Officer shootings on the rise who is to blame? Media, politicians and a vocal minority.

Recently the Police Executive Research Forum (PERF) made headlines when it delivered its CRITICAL ISSUES IN POLICING SERIES Use of Force: Taking Policing to a Higher Standard on January 29, 2016 titled 30 Guiding Principles.

Due to the violence perpetrated by protesters and activists who have chanted “pigs in a blanket fry ‘em like bacon” followed by politicians along with media who support them there have been calls for changes in the way that Police work. St. Louis Mo. Officers accused of “pulling guns” on black children, cleared by dash cameras

“SLMPD offices stormed a car filled with babies, guns drawn, for NO reason saving driving while Black. Not even a broken taillight.” (Except it didn’t happen!)

Once again Social media erupted with false allegations of Officers running around like crazed thugs terrorizing community members.
