According to a Facebook Post that went viral A St. Cloud Police Officer who went into a local Walmart Store was denied service by an employee who pointed to her skin while another employee laughed at the humor of the encounter.
A local news station WFTV9ABC covered the story when people were in disbelief and found the sorrid story to be true. The news station attempted to get Walmart officials to comment on the story however Walmart stated that they could not comment on stories that were currently being investigated by their human resources department.
The St. Cloud Police Department posted the following on their Facebook page regarding the incident as an official statement regarding the public support that they have received.
In response to local inquiries concerning the allegation where an employee of Walmart refused to serve a St. Cloud Police Officer; a formal complaint has been filed with Walmart’s corporate office. The St. Cloud Police Department trusts that Wal Mart will handle the situation properly and professionally.
The St. Cloud Police Department is grateful for the support from our community. We encourage our citizens to come by the St. Cloud Police Department to pick up their free “back the blue” bumper sticker to show their support of law-enforcement instead of participating in community protests.

When you hate a person because of the job that they do or the uniform that they wear, you are by definition a racist you hate BLUE PEOPLE. You are exactly the very thing that you say you hate so much, judging a person by the color of their skin, how they dress or what they believe. NOT WHO they are.
This was a racist act on the part of the Walmart employee and should be handled as such. ~ WBL
