As I was coming over one of the hills to take some more photos – I saw this Massachusetts State Police Officer placing flags. This Trooper could have just remained in this patrol car – but NO he took the time to get out and assist. I spoke to him for a short time but forgot to ask his name. I know, I know he was wearing a name tag but it wasn’t on my mind at the time. Thank you Trooper for doing this!
