San Angelo, Tx. Police Officers received the best valentines gifts ever

February 11, 2016 San Angelo, Tx. Police Officers received the best valentines gifts ever.

Officers from the San Angelo, Texas Police Department got to meet children from the Fannin, Fort Concho, and Santa Rita Elementary schools who presented them with cards that they made by hand for Valentines day.

The Officers were able to meet with and talk to children in the schools and were given cards as mementos of the occasion. Police Chief Tim Vasquez assured the children and Officers that every officer would be able to get a card that the children had made especially for the officers with notes thanking them for their service.

The children were able to shake officers hands and there was a period when children could ask Officers any question that they wanted and express their concerns that they may have.

Media coverage of the event was provided by San Angelo Live! who shared many more photographs of the event. Check out their page for more photos and details.
