At 2:30 am this morning, Officer Ney, along with Lieutenant Eric Carter and Officer Josh Dawson back up Officers and Kirks Ambulance service, were dispatched to a Lawton residence on a 3 year old girl unconscious and not breathing. Officer Ney was the first Officer on scene; the mother, Harley Delgado stated that her daughter woke up throwing up with a spiked fever along with having a seziure and going unresponsive. Ms Delgado, who by coincidence, went to school with Officer Ney, was more than relieved to see him at the front door.
