January 12, 2016 Fulton, N.Y. Mason Fuller aged 9 was building a snow man in his yard when his mother Melody Morrison checked to see if he was alright and needed any help. Help had arrived and he was doing just great to her surprise.A Fulton Police officer who was on Patrol had stopped by and helped the young boy finish building his snowman then stayed around a few minutes to admire their work together and chat.
“Mason was super excited,” said his mother, Melody Morrison. “The officer helped him make a snowman and even stood with him for a minute and chatted with him, it was great.”
The event was witnessed by a few residents who were quoted in Oswego County Toady. Photos were uploaded on Facebook accounts where they went viral.
“I don’t know the little boy, but (my mom) happened to be looking out the window, and saw a police officer building a snowman with this little boy, It is absolutely amazing this officer stopped to help this little boy! It needs to be spread showing positive police enforcement” said Lindsay Snyder, whose mother, Lisa Hoyt took a picture of the officer helping the young boy as well.
