Nashville, Tn. Metro Nashville Police Sgt. Noble Taylor pays it forward to stranded couple

January, 1, 2016 Nashville, Tn. A couple from Franklin County were on their way home when their car broke down on the interstate in Nashville after the New year Festivities. Out of money and with no place to go they thought they were on the way to start the New year off bad. Then came along Sgt. Nobel Taylor.

Miranda and Brice were going to stay in the car overnight when Sgt. Nobel Taylor from the South precinct of the Metro Nashville Police Department arrived to check on them.

When he found out about their situation, he walked over to the Travellodge nearby paid for a room for the couple to stay in overnight and told the couple to “pay it forward” to someone else.

Miranda Told Newschannel5 “Officer Nobel, he did such a noble thing for us”. She added “we didn’t even know what to say, we couldn’t even say thank you enough, we were both hugging him and telling him how much we appreciated him,and he was like this is just something I need to do. We were grateful he was there and helped us.”

The couples lucky streak did not end there. On Friday another stranger offered to pay for the couples car to be repaired so that they could finally be on their way and make it back home.

All and all it is looking like 2016 is going ti be a good year for the couple and that they have a lot to be thankful for and to pay it forward to.
