Allentown, Pa. Moore Township Police support cancer stricken 5 year old girl

November 1, 2015 WFMZ reported that Officers from the Moore Township Police Department went to a cancer stricken child’s family in hopes to help show solidarity and lift spirits. Pheobe aged 5 was diagnosed with leukemia in September and Officers have rallied to support her.

Officers lined up to sit in a barber chair to allow the 5 year old Pheobe and her older brother Jack who was dressed as a Police Officer shave their heads in a showing of solidarity for the child.

Attention to the small event was brought to us from the Friends of Phoebe Facebook page which read.

“Tonight, the Moore Township Police Department invited Phoebe and Jack to come over and shave their heads in support of our favorite little cancer fighter! What a night this was! We are blown away by their offer, their awesome show of support, and she LOVED that they did this for her!!! Thank you, gentlemen! This was a wonderful night for us as a family and we are so thankful for your encouragement for our girl”
